I thought it would be an interesting experience to try Afghani food, but it was just kind of average...This is my first time trying Afghani food and I'm not sure what is "good" for Afghani but the food here wasn't horrible, it was simply edible. We had kabobs and it tasted like something you would get at a family BBQ. Some beef, chicken, and bell peppers. The scenery was an attempt at elegance but didn't quite make the mark. Parking however wasn't easy to find, we ended up parking on the street a block or so away.
On a positive note, service was excellent and the waitress was nice enough to look over the fact that we accidentally broke a wine glass. If you want to be in a quiet place, there is a private room by the door facing the window that is quite cozy.
Pros: Service, and cozy room
Cons: Food was average at best.

I've eaten here a few times and each time I try something new, and have never been disappointed. The hot tea is great too. It has an elegant but family-owned feeling that gives it great charm. There's a lot of love and care put into every aspect of the food and service.
Pros: Ambience, food, service
Cons: Parking might be difficult.

Our first time trying Afghanastani food, and maybe it was because I was craving Kabab, but this was really good juicy chicken kabab. The rice with it was sooo good too. I came home trying to find recipes online for the rice but couldn't find anything as good. So go check it, it's worth it. It's really quaint inside, and our server was soo sweet and friendly, it was like visiting a family restaruant.
